π A-PT-NR QuickStart Guide
Welcome to the system! Here's how to get started:
- Create an Area
- Define your major responsibility domains
- A single user implementation might have: Health, Finances, Work, Hobbies
- An entrepreneur implementation might have: Web Development, Graphics, Finances
- A corporate implementation might have: Human Resources, Financial, Technology, Engineering
- Create a Project inside an Area
- Projects are focused efforts β time-bound or ongoing β and always belong to an Area.
- Add Tasks to your Project
- Break projects into actionable steps. Tasks automatically inherit their Area and Project context. You can assign tasks directly to an Area and skip the project relation.
- Capture Notes as you work
- Notes are your personal scratchpad for drafts, ideas, and exploratory thinking.
- Save polished work as Resources
- Use Resources to store reusable, reference-quality documents linked to the appropriate Area.
β³οΈ On Meetings and Extensions
Meeting notes arenβt handled in the Notes database β they live in a separate Events database, which is part of the systemβs built-in extensibility.
The A-PT-NR core is lean by design, but built to scale β and Events is a working example of how the system can grow for team use cases like recurring meetings, agendas, and documentation.
